How to Prep; What to Bring
Things to bring:
- Yoga mat.
- Water. (Coffee, if you like – the Menehune Coffee shop is just a few hundred yards further up the road towards Kona, makai.)
- Veil (preferably: at least three yards long, and silk; currently, we’re working with four yards long of iridescent silk chiffon; you can buy the raw yardage from Mood Fabrics; if you don’t have a veil, I have some simple polyester ones that you can borrow during class.)
- Zills. (If you don’t have a pair, order a set online; I’ve always ordered mine from Turquoise International.
- Notebook (so you can record notes on techniques, music that we’ve used, recommended YouTubes, etc.).
- Yourself!
